The statistical and mathematical services provided for researchers and students include advice on statistics, SPSS courses, research data entry service, and the administration and maintenance of mathematical and statistical software.
The statistical services cover all stages in the life cycle of a quantitative research, from the planning stage to choosing suitable research methods and to writing the research report.
You can book an appointment with one of our statistical experts, or you can get help and advice via email. We also organise intensive courses on using the SPSS statistical software.
The chargeable research data entry service is mainly intended for researchers and postgraduate students. The statistical services unit is also responsible for acquiring, maintaining and distributing mathematical and statistical software for researchers, as well as providing appropriate training on using the software.
