1. Transcript of Academic Records
If you have recently taken exams or handed in essays,
some credits are probably still missing from the transcript of records. No
worries, we will send the Transcript to your home country as soon as all the
credits have been entered into the students register. You just need to fill
in the Request for Official Transcript of Academic Records before coming
to the International Office.
The request form is available at:
http://www.uku.fi/intl/english/current/liitteet/transcript.pdf
If all the courses are already in your student register, there is no need
to fill this form. We will print the Transcript to you at the International
Office.
Always notify us if you fail the course or you
decide not to finish the course! Otherwise we will keep waiting for all
the credits to be registered
If you need detailed course descriptions, they can be printed out at:
http://kettinki.uku.fi/ojkkatselu/english/courses.html
2. Letter of Confirmation

a confirmation of the duration of the exchange.
The Letter of Confirmation cannot be issued earlier than 10 days before
the departure date.
If your home University has given you their own exchange documents,
please bring them with you.
