HIS-yksikkö on pitkään harjoittanut tutkimusta, joka kohdistuu inhimilliseen toimintaan, erityisesti työtoimintaan terveydenhuollossa ja tietojärjestelmien kehittämisessä. Näille sivuille on koottu tietoa projekteista, julkaisuista, henkilöistä, jne. englanniksi.
